FIXX CrampFix is a compact, fast-acting muscle cramp relief shot designed to help prevent and relieve exercise-induced muscle cramps when you're pushing your body hard.
Ideal for hard enduro, enduro racing, dirt bike riding and other endurance sports, each 20ml shot is small enough to carry in your hydration pack, riding jacket or gear bag, ready to use when the first signs of cramping appear.
CrampFix uses a concentrated proprietary formula designed to act through sensory nerves in the mouth and throat, helping interrupt the nerve signals associated with muscle cramping.
When cramp strikes, consume one 15–20ml dose for rapid relief, typically within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Cramping halfway through a hard enduro can quickly bring your race to a halt. CrampFix gives you a compact option that can be carried on the bike and taken quickly without having to mix powders or prepare a drink.
At only 20ml per shot, it's easy to throw one or two into your hydration pack before a race or long trail ride.
How To Use
Prevent: Consume one 20ml shot approximately 5 minutes before exercise or before the stage where you normally experience cramping.
Relieve: Consume 15–20ml at the first signs of cramping. Relief typically occurs within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
Repeat: If required during prolonged exercise, FIXX recommends another shot every 40–60 minutes to help prevent cramping from returning.
Maximum recommended daily intake is 100ml.
