The Metzeler MCE 6 Days Extreme 140/80-18 Medium Rear Tyre is a competition-proven enduro tyre designed for riders wanting increased grip and compliance in technical terrain while retaining the versatility needed for traditional enduro riding.
The Medium compound, identified by its three red tread lines, features a softer carcass than the Standard version, helping the tyre conform to uneven terrain and find traction through slower, more technical sections.
Its aggressive rear tread pattern provides strong drive across changing terrain, while wide spacing between the knobs helps clear mud and dirt. Lateral tread blocks provide stability and support through corners, with the alternating knob geometry designed to maintain traction and directionality.
Sitting between the Standard and softer extreme-enduro compounds in the MCE 6 Days Extreme range, the Medium is a great choice for riders tackling a mix of traditional enduro terrain with a higher proportion of technical climbs, rocks, roots and slower sections.
